The Fairways at Riverton Subdivision is a residential development that spans approximately 55.8 acres consisting of 5 phases of housing development. This project is currently in Phase I, with 130 single-family building lots with dedicated roads, municipal water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure.

Lu Engineers is performing on-site client representation, construction administration, and oversight of key inspections during Phase I. The site representative ensures the project is in compliance with local regulations and project design documents, including site clearing, grading, utility infrastructure, and road installations.

Lu’s site representative attends project meetings, observes on-site progress, maintains documentation including photographs and daily reports, assist in managing the schedule, and addresses any concerns from the Town. They also assist and coordinate with the Design Engineer and the Town on any design changes as well as organizing and maintaining project-related documentation, facilitating the project’s closeout phase and provides all close-out documentation to Forest Creek Equity Corp.
